Dear Parents,
Online registration is now open for returning students (Early Childhood - 12th grade). If your child attended Junior Kindergarten (JK) or Kindergarten screening last spring, please register them as a returning student. If your JK or Kindergarten student did not attend screening, they should register as a New Student and schedule an appointment. Both links are available on our website under "Student Registration."
Returning Early Childhood (EC) students should also register as returning students through the Parent Portal.

Complete Online Registration
Log in to the Campus Parent Portal on the Student Registration Tab>Existing WC Families on our website.
Complete all sections of the online registration and click "Save and Continue" on each tab.
Click "Submit" on the final screen to finalize your registration.
Deadline: Registration must be completed by August 4, 2025.
Make Online Payments
Return to the West Central homepage to pay through RevTrak.
Payments must be made before services are provided (e.g., computer fees must be paid before receiving a device).
See the attached fee schedule.
Even if you pre-paid for busing you must still complete that section in the online registration.

Activity Registration
Activity Registration will be done through "Bound" this school year. Middle school and high school students planning to participate in a Fine Art Activity (Band, Chorus, Oral Interp, Theatre, etc) or a Fall sport must register through Bound prior to the start of the activity and must have all required documents completed and uploaded.
Physicals are required annually. You may upload them into Bound, give to the respective fall coach/advisor, or drop off to a building secretary prior to the first day of practice.

August 4, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Get hands-on assistance and access to computers for registration. You can also:

✅ Meet with the school nurse, transportation, and food service staff
✅ Purchase activity passes & booster club spirit wear
✅ Learn about school organizations
School Pictures
Scherling Photography will be on-site for 2025-2026 school pictures. All students should have their photo taken for the yearbook and school ID, even if you don't order prints.

Paper order forms will be available on August 4.
Prices may vary for photos ordered after August 4.

Middle School Devices: Distributed after school begins.
Busing Registration: Closes August 4. If you miss the deadline, your child will be unable to ride the bus until registration reopens September 2 (based on availability).
Activity Passes: Pick up pre-purchased passes at the Activities Table. After August 4, passes will be available in the high school or admin office.
Nutrition Services:
Apply for free/reduced meal benefits and make deposits through School Café (available on the school website).
You will need your student's 9-digit student ID to create an account.

Congrats to the West Central softball team on their opening round 4-1 win vs. Vermillion in the first round of the state tournament. They will play in the semi-final rounds tomorrow at 2pm vs. the winner of Dell Rapids and Sioux Valley. Go Trojans!

Today we proudly recognized 14 Humboldt Elementary students for their perfect attendance this school year. Each student's name was entered into a drawing for a new bike from Ace Hardware in Hartford. Congratulations to Hailey Hanssen on winning the new bike and thank you to Ace Hardware for their generous donation!



A sweet end to a fantastic year! Humboldt Elementary wrapped up Quarter 4 by meeting our school-wide PBIS goal and celebrating with a visit from the SDSU Ice Cream Truck! Thank you to our amazing students for their hard work this school year!
